Access your local channels and over-the-air broadcast networks through your outdoor or attic mounted antenna, or set-top antenna, or subscribe to a ‘stripped down’ basic service from your local cable company. ASTROvision can easily interface and integrate any additional signal source into your system. Just push the ‘TV/DSS’ button on the DSS remote control to switch between your DSS satellite dish and your local TV source,
or purchase the local networks via satellite. When using an ASTROvision Network Package, all you need do is change the channel on your regular TV set remote to watch satellite or any another source.

Digital DBS World Television Services
ASTROvision offers the opportunity to view specialized programming such
as foreign broadcast transmissions from all over the world. Special
systems are custom packaged and installed to provide these services,
usually dedicated to these specific channels. Most channels are 'Free-To-Air'
and may include some domestic North American programming. Those channels
that may be encrypted would require the user to purchase an access card
through the specific programmer in order to view those channels. As of early June, 2003, one satellite (T5) alone had 125 video and
64 radio channels available through an ASTec system. Some of these languages
